Lisa Newcomb will be leading our 4-week parent & child playgroup this spring. Lisa has been involved in Ashwood’s early childhood program for the past nine years as a substitute and extended day teacher. Lisa is a certified Simplicity Parenting coach and has worked with children for more than 40 years from early childhood programs to numerous movement enrichment programs in public and private schools throughout Maine. Lisa has also led many family movement classes. Her daughter Zaela ’15 attended Ashwood from early childhood through 8th grade. “Our family’s Ashwood experience was so enriching,” says Lisa. “I love being able to introduce parents and children to the wonders of Waldorf education.”
