Class 4-5 Costumed Book Reports

What do a warrior cat, a ghost, the god Poseidon, a very nice Viking, and a chicken named Etcetera have in common? They were all in attendance at the Class 4-5 book reports last week! Freshly back from an exciting trip to Cobscook Bay State Park, and dressed in character, the students regaled their classmates with favorite quotes, character descriptions, and plotlines from the books they’ve been independently reading. It was a parade of literary characters from gods to child wizards, swordsmen, and illusionists.

It was a great pleasure to see the students take such delight in literature and in sharing their discoveries with their classmates.
