This camp is coed, and no experience is necessary for any of the activities. We will play Ultimate Frisbee in the morning and practice archery and circus arts in the afternoon. You will learn all the skills and rules you need to play Ultimate and other frisbee games. You will be guided in how to use recurve bows safely and effectively. We will play with a variety of circus arts: poi, rola bola, diabolo, pyramids, plate spinning, tumbling, and ball and pin juggling. Come practice and learn new tricks! Your skills are sure to improve, but the main goal is to have fun!
